ADA Drop-Off Areas
Disabled patrons may be dropped off on the circle drive (east side of the stadium) on Museum Campus Drive outside Gate 14. An ADA placard or license plate must be visible to the police and parking attendants, and the person to whom the placard or license plate is registered must be an occupant of the vehicle in order to access the Gate 14 drop-off. In order to access post game, you must upon arrival at Gate 14, you must request an ADA return placard from security which allows to return to Gate 14 post-game.
ADA Seating
Soldier Field offers wheelchair-accessible and companion seating for purchase for all ticketed events. ADA seating can be purchased online through the respective ticketing platforms. On an individual game basis, wheelchair-accessible seating is available at the respective team Ticket Office and online through Ticketmaster.com. If Ticketmaster has exhausted its allocation of wheelchair-accessible seating, but conventional seating is still available, the disabled patron is invited to proceed with the purchase of conventional seating near their desired location and then reach out to the respective team (Chicago Bears at 847.295.6600 or Chicago Fire FC at 888-MLS-FIRE). The stadium reserves the right to take appropriate action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair-accessible and companion seating. Advertising and Promotions
Soldier Field provides a wide variety of advertising and promotional services for all events booked at the stadium and surrounding parkland. Please contact us for advertising and promotional opportunities.
Alcoholic Beverages and Illegal Drugs
These items are strictly prohibited from being carried into Soldier Field and around the stadium. Alcoholic beverages will be sold at designated concession stands within the stadium. Alcohol policies are posted at every concession stand. Violators are subject to ticketing by Chicago Police.
America's Veterans
Built in honor of World War I veterans, the designation "Soldier Field" will remain the only name for the stadium, and a "Doughboy" foot soldier statue greets visitors inside Gate 0 at the stadium's south end. A dramatic Veteran's Memorial water wall is located at the north entry point to the stadium to honor American veterans of all wars from every branch of service. Soldier Field's historic colonnades are open year-round to the public.
ATMs
Soldier Field is a cashless venue for Chicago Fire and Chicago Bears games. In the event that you arrive at Soldier Field and you do not possess a credit card, for Chicago Fire FC matches only, you may go the Chicago Fire FC store located in the South Courtyard, and purchase a gift card which is accepted at all concession stands throughout the stadium.
ATMs are conveniently located in the following areas throughout the stadium campus:
PNC ATMs are located in the following areas throughout the stadium: Dr Pepper Patio located in the South Courtyard near Gate 0, Sections 128, 350, North Garage near the Bears Pro Shop, outside Gate 10 next to Will Call Booth. Soldier Field ATMs are also located at Sections 101, 117, 138, 342.
Bag & Personal Search / Scan
You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into Soldier Field and guests will be asked to undergo a magnetometer screening upon entry. By tendering your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against Soldier Field, the Chicago Park District, the City of Chicago, the Chicago Bears, the Chicago Fire FC, the NFL, the MLS and their affiliates. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into the stadium. See Prohibited Items list below for detailed list.
Bag Policy
For all events at Soldier Field, the NFL Clear Bag Policy is in place. Approved bags are limited to:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or 30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.
- No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.
- Logo can only be on one side of the bag.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar).
- Small bags, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: coolers* (unless medically necessary), briefcases, non-clear backpacks, non-clear fanny packs, diaper bags* (unless medically necessary), non-clear cinch bags, non-approved seat cushions* (unless medically necessary), luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera or binocular bags or any non-clear bag larger than the permissible size (4.5" x 6.5")

*Non-approved seat cushions include large traditional seat cushions that have pockets, zippers, compartments, or covers. Fans should ask for Stadium Security to have their seat cushion examined.
Medical Bags
Medical Bags or kits are acceptable and will be searched at the gate.
Diaper Bags
Diapers must be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, would be allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the stadium.
Banners / Flags / Signs
These are permitted provided the item is not commercial or offensive. Banners must not include profane language, advertisements, or political slogans and must not be placed over any official stadium signage. Items must not be attached to a pole or the like which may cause harm to the guests seated around you. Items must not be used as projectiles. Banners or signs cannot obstruct the view of other guests. Stadium security reserves the right to remove these items from your possession if deemed inappropriate for any and all reasons.
Bike Parking and Racks
Bike racks are located on the east end of the stadium near Gate 14 and on the north end of the stadium near the Children's Garden and behind the Kennedy Bas Relief. The stadium is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Binoculars / Cameras / Video Equipment
Hand-held binoculars are permitted. Professional cameras and video recording devices are not permitted in the stadium without the user holding proper media credentials. Photos cannot be used for any commercial purpose without the express written consent. Cameras with lenses over 6" are not permitted. Cases for cameras and binoculars are not permitted.

Closing Times - Alcohol, Club/Suites, Parking Lots
For Chicago Bears home games, alcohol sales end in the general seating bowl at the conclusion of the 3rd quarter. In the United Club and the Miller Lite Midway club, alcohol sales end approximately 4 hours after kick-off. The stadium seating bowl closes post-game approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
For Chicago Fire FC home matches, alcohol sales end at the 75th minute.
For all other events, alcohol sales end times are at the discretion of stadium management.
Code of Conduct
Proper behavior is expected of all guests of Soldier Field. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior will not be tolerated and may be grounds for ejection from the stadium, revocation of ticket privileges, and subject to civil action and criminal action. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to: intoxication, profane, disruptive or abusive language or gestures, offensive or disorderly conduct, throwing objects, excessive standing in the seating area, smokingor vaping anywhere in the stadium, bringing any prohibited items into the stadium, entering or attempting to enter the field level or playing field. Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome to Soldier Field. Each guest is responsible for retaining a copy of their digital ticket or ticket stub and be ready to display it to stadium officials to verify their seat location. Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome at Soldier Field.
Ejection
Soldier Field’s primary goal is to provide a safe, secure and memorable guest experience. Guests who violate the Guest Code of Conduct may be ejected. Ejections are documented and anyone ejected from the stadium may be banned from future events. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all guests enjoy their experience at Soldier Field.
Soldier Field Management reserve the right to eject any guest whose behavior is against policy, unruly, or illegal in nature. Event tickets will be forfeited without refund. Arrest or revocation of tickets is possible.
Elevators / Escalators
To access the United Club there are four elevators located at the north end and three at the south end of the stadium. Two elevators on the south end are also accessible from ground level inside Gate 14. Eight escalators are also available in the United Club area to provide access to the United Club to Club Level 200 and Club Level 300. The seven elevators provide access to the Suites. One elevator is located in the southeast corner of the South Courtyard near Gate 6 providing service from the Grand Concourse to the Mezzanine Level. An ADA access only elevator is located in the southwest corner of the stadium on the Mezzanine Level behind Section 131 providing access from the Mezzanine Level to the Media Deck and Grandstand. All elevators are ADA accessible.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Soldier Field has three (3) ChargePoint Network electric vehicle charging station to recharge vehicle batteries in the North Parking Garage. The stations are free to use while parked in the North Garage and are located on the 3rd and 4th levels.
Emergencies
On event day, if you need immediate assistance, notify the nearest security guard or usher. During major events, the stadium texting service is available to report issues. For Chicago Fire match days and major event days, you may report the issue via text to (312) 262-4151 (this text line does not operate during Chicago Bears game days). For Chicago Bears gamedays, you may report the issue via text to (815) 880-1920.
Evacuation
In the event of a stadium evacuation, fans will be given instructions via the public address system. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the exits nearest to your seats.
Facility Management
ASM Global provides complete facility management and maintenance for Soldier Field. ASM Global staff is available to address any facility related issue that arises. Please contact any credentialed stadium employee for assistance or you may contact stadium staff here.
Firearms or Weapons
Firearms or weapons are not permitted within Soldier Field, the surrounding parkland, and the parking lots.
Fireworks
Fireworks, smoke bombs, sparklers and any incendiary devices are not permitted within Soldier Field, the surrounding parkland, and the parking lots.
First Aid / Medical Services
Soldier Field First Aid Stations are located at:
- Gate 17 on the Grand Concourse
- The West Colonnade Level (behind Section 339)
- Club Level 300 (across from elevators on north side behind Section 304)
- Roving medical teams are present on major event days
Lost and Found
Lost and Found is Located at Gate 1 during an event. Please contact us if you have lost an item.
Prohibited Items
For the comfort and safety of all guests the following items are not permitted to be brought into the stadium. Any prohibited item may be confiscated by security.
- Alcoholic Beverages and “Palcohol” (Powdered Alcohol)
- Aerosol cans (mace, pepper spray, hairspray, etc.)
- Any bag, case or purse other than the NFL approved bags, see Bag Policy
- Balloons and beach balls
- Cameras with lenses that exceed 6” when fully extended
- Cans, bottles, or other beverage containers (includes sealed plastic water bottles)
- Clothing or signage with offensive or vulgar language or that blocks fans’ view
- Coolers and ice chests (includes soft sided)
- Confetti
- Firearms or Weapons
- Fireworks, smoke bombs
- Illegal drugs
- Laser pens and pointers
- Noise-making devices (i.e. horns, whistles, etc.)
- Poles of any kind, including selfie-sticks
- Strollers
- Umbrellas
- Unmanned Aircraft Systems (“Drones”)
- Video or movie cameras
- Seat cushions with zippered covers, pockets or flaps
- Smoking cigarettes, using smokeless cigarettes, e-cigarettes/vaping or chewing smokeless tobacco
- Any other items deemed to be dangerous or inappropriate
Public Transportation
Soldier Field can be reached on the #128 Soldier Field Express (Chicago Bears gamedays only) and the #146 Inner Drive/Michigan Express buses.
To exit Soldier Field after the game, board #128 (Chicago Bears gamedays only) and #146 buses along the west side of the Transportation Center ("East Museum Lot") at the corner of McFetridge and Special Olympics Drive, just northeast of the stadium.
The Red, Orange, and Green Lines stop at Roosevelt Station, between State Street and Wabash Avenue, where transfers can be made to the #146 Inner Lake Shore/Michigan Express bus, or walk east on Roosevelt Road through Museum Campus to the stadium.

Pace – Soldier Field Express Buses
Pace operates Soldier Field Express Buses for Chicago Bears home games. Free parking is available at each departure location.
Buses depart 30 minutes after the game is over from the same location where passengers are dropped off.

Recycling
Soldier Field is a green facility and has recycling and energy conservation programs in place at the stadium. We encourage all patrons to find recycling containers throughout the stadium to dispose of recyclable waste.
Re-Entry Policy
Fans are not permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium. No re-entry passes will be issued.
Rideshare
Rideshare drop-off for all events is located at the 18th street drop-off west of Soldier Field and Lake Shore Drive. Rideshare pick up post-event is at the corner of Balbo and Columbus for the 1 hour post-event. After 1 hour, rideshare pick-up can resume on campus at the stadium.
Restrooms
All restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations. Every restroom in the stadium is ADA accessible. The stadium is also equipped with family restrooms.
Security
Security personnel are located throughout the stadium wearing red jackets. Monterrey Security provides security at all stadium events. ​Contact the nearest security officer (red jacket) or usher (yellow jacket) if you should have any issues.
Service Animals
Animals are not permitted at Soldier Field, except for service animals or service animals in training that accompany individuals with disabilities. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines ‘service animals’ as ‘dogs (or in some cases, miniature horses) that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.’ Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and, therefore, are not permitted. Gate 8 is the designated gate for service animals to enter and exit the stadium. Gate 8 also serves as the exit and re-entry gate should a Service Animal need a relief area. Smoking Policy
The Smoke-Free Illinois Act prohibits smoking in Soldier Field for Bears games. There are no designated smoking areas inside or outside the stadium and re-entry is prohibited. The smoking policy will be strictly enforced. Violators are subject to ejection. Repeated violations can result in the forfeiting of season ticket privileges. Smoking or vaping of any substance, using smokeless or e-cigarettes, and chewing smokeless tobacco are also prohibited.
Soliciting or Sampling
No person or organization shall solicit contributions, promote products/services, or distribute literature on stadium property (inside or outside) without obtaining written consent from the Chicago Park District or Soldier Field management. This includes the sales of event tickets at any price.
Tailgating
Tailgating is permitted outside Soldier Field in designated lots during designated times pre-game. Please review the following tailgating policies:
- Parking spaces may not be used for tailgate equipment alone.
- No open flame (grilling or otherwise) is permitted in enclosed lot area (North Garage & lower Waldron Garage)
- No tents of any kind are permitted.
- Maintaining an aisle that is clear of tailgate equipment in order to accommodate emergency vehicles is imperative for maintaining a safe environment. Your total tailgate (including guests) is limited to eight (8) feet behind each parking space.
- Parking is for ticketed guests only, and the stadium and teams reserves the right to confirm that guests have tickets prior to allowing them into parking lots.
- All tailgating in stadium-controlled parking lots is prohibited during the game and after night games.
- Offensive signs, banners or other displays subject to management's discretion
- Other prohibited activities include:
- Consumption of alcohol in the Family Friendly lots
- Set-ups or games utilizing sidewalks and/or streets
- Solicitation or distribution of any unauthorized item
- Unmanned Aircraft Systems (“Drones”)
- Drinking games
- Advertising banners or displays
- Disorderly conduct
- Firepits/open fires are NOT ALLOWED IN ANY LOTS
- Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking or frying
- Picketing or political campaigning
- Saving parking spaces
- Tethered blimps, balloons, and other oversized inflatables
- Weapons or fireworks
- No open flame, infrared panel or propane heaters of any type allowed in any lot
- Propane tanks larger than 19 pounds are not allowed on campus.
- Overnight parking is not allowed in any of the Museum Campus parking lots
Taxi Cabs
Taxi cabs, limousines, and buses will not be allowed to enter Soldier Field Campus beginning 90 minutes after kick-off. The campus re-opens to incoming vehicles/traffic 1 hour after the event is over to allow for outgoing traffic to subside.
The designated pregame drop-off locations are at the 18th St. turnaround just west of Lake Shore Drive and on Balbo Dr. at Columbus Dr. Postgame pick-up location is ONLY on Balbo Drive at Columbus Drive north of Soldier Field (subject to change).
Ticket Assistance
If you are having issues with your digital tickets, on Chicago Bears gameday, please proceed to the Ticket Assist tents located outside Gate 10 on the south end of the stadium exterior, and near Gate 47 behind the Kennedy Bas Relief on the north end of the stadium exterior.
Trespassing
Any guest entering the field level, attempting to enter the field level or in a restricted access area without a proper credential will be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Will Call
The Will Call booth is located at the large ticket booth across from Gate 10 on the southeast corner of the stadium. If you have purchased tickets close to an event date, please go to the Will Call ticket booth to pick them up on event day. Please bring a photo ID that matches this name to pick up your tickets.
Wi-Fi
Soldier Field provides free Wi-Fi to guests in the stadium. Please connect to the “Soldier Field Free Wi-Fi” network or the “Bears Wi-Fi” on game days for as long as you like.
